THE HAGUE--The Hague University of Applied Sciences, the University of Curaçao Dr. Moises da Costa Gomez, the University of Aruba and Utrecht University have launched a new online platform aimed at strengthening administrative capacity and lifelong learning in the Caribbean part of the Kingdom.
