Telem launches YourWay, brings more data, flexibility and easier prepaid service

GREAT BAY--Telem is making it easier for customers to stay connected with the launch of Telem YourWay, an improved prepaid experience designed to offer more data, more flexibility, and a simpler way to manage mobile services.

Telem YourWay introduces new and improved prepaid data plans that give customers more options to choose from based on their needs, lifestyle, and budget. Whether customers need data for a day, a few days, a week, or a full month, there are now more options to help them stay connected.

As part of the launch, Telem has also introduced a new, simplified prepaid menu. By dialing *1721# and pressing SEND, customers can access their prepaid services from one convenient menu. Customers can check balances, purchase and activate data plans, activate a new SIM, manage Always On, and access other prepaid services without having to remember multiple codes.

The new menu is designed to make managing prepaid services faster and easier. Customers who prefer to use the existing activation codes can continue to do so.

The YourWay plans and the new menu were developed using customer research and insights into how people use their mobile services. These improvements are part of Telem’s continued focus on providing customers with services that are simple, flexible, and relevant to their everyday lives.
