THE HAGUE--Minister Plenipotentiary Drs. Gracita R. Arrindell, recently welcomed local authors Dwight D. Willams and Claudine A Willaims-Wescot to the Cabinet of the Minister Plenipotentiary, where they shared insights into their literary journeys and the inspiration behind their publications.
Claudine Willaims- Wescot presented her work, Butterfly Souls: Inspirational Journal and Coloring for Women, which offers an inspirational and reflective experience for women from diverse backgrounds.
"Butterfly Souls is truly an inspiring work that encourages women to reflect, express themselves and embrace their individual journeys," said Minister Arrindell.
Dwight D. Williams shared his thoughts and experiences reflected in his books, The Disciplined Man: The Path to Power, Purpose and Peace, and The Discipline of being a Man: Masculinity Anchored in Nobility.
His works explore themes of discipline, purpose, personal development, and the values associated with responsible manhood.
The meeting provided an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the author's literary journeys while highlighting the importance of preserving, documenting and sharing experiences, perspectives and challenges through the written word,
Minister Arrindell congratulated both authors on their publications and their contribution to the literary and cultural landscape of Sint Maarten. She also acknowledged their commitment to using their personal experiences and written work to contribute to conversations that resonate within the community and beyond.
